Totilla Chips with ERU Gouda


  • 100 grams ERU Gouda
  • 300 grams tortilla chips
  • 50 grams large capers
  • 5 sprigs of chervil

  • Preheat the oven to 170°C, or use microwave.
  • Cut the capers into slices.
  • Heat the ERU Gouda in a small pan on medium heat.
  • Place the tortilla chips in an oven dish and heat them in the oven for 5 minutes, or in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Arrange the capers on top of the tortillas.
  • Pour the hot cheese over the tortillas.
  • Garnish with some sprigs of chervil.
