Totilla Chips with ERU Gouda
- 100 grams ERU Gouda
- 300 grams tortilla chips
- 50 grams large capers
- 5 sprigs of chervil
- Preheat the oven to 170°C, or use microwave.
- Cut the capers into slices.
- Heat the ERU Gouda in a small pan on medium heat.
- Place the tortilla chips in an oven dish and heat them in the oven for 5 minutes, or in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Arrange the capers on top of the tortillas.
- Pour the hot cheese over the tortillas.
- Garnish with some sprigs of chervil.
